Help users speak up

Make giving feedback as easy as talking.

Join your Discord. Write an email. Type out what went wrong. Each is another thing you’re asking a user to do when they’re already stuck.

Let them tell you, right where it happens.

With UserLoud, users can speak in their own words without leaving your application. What confused them. What they expected. What they wish worked differently.

They can review their words before sending, or type if they prefer.

Hear about the frustrating moments that never show up in an error log.

Show them you listened

You fixed it.
Make sure they know.

Your agent can work on the code. UserLoud gives your agent user reports, the context to act on them, and a way to reply.

When a bug is fixed, let the person who reported it know. When they need help, bring them a useful answer. That’s how users know their message mattered.

Use with Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or your own coding agent.

Skip the build-and-debug cycle

Small component.
A lot to get right.

You could ask your agent to build it. Then come the rounds of testing, tweaking, and asking it to fix one more thing. UserLoud gives you the component and instructions to start from.

The details behind the button.

Keeping a draft when someone closes the feedback form. Retrying a failed transcription without recording again. Getting scrolling, voice controls, and keyboard access right.

Those refinements are already in the component you get.

Replies you feel good about.

An awkward email from your agent is still an email from your product. The included instructions cover short, readable replies, useful next steps, and checking a fix before saying it’s fixed.

The guides cover setup and testing, with drafts for review until you allow sending.

Spend your time adapting it to your application, instead of working out every detail from scratch.

YOUR CODEX AGENT, ON SUPPORTExample workflow

Feedback is right there.

Open Feedback and say what’s on your mind.

Explore each step

Example: a customer reports that a page loads slowly on their iPhone but works on their laptop. Every three hours, a Codex automation checks your Postgres database. It finds and claims the report, reproduces the Safari rendering delay, isolates a background blur, tests and pushes an authorized fix, and verifies the live page on an iPhone. It drafts and sends the customer a plain-language retry email without internal details, then sends you a Telegram update. The animation compresses the elapsed time. Use the chapter buttons to explore the sequence.

FAQ

Questions before you ship it.

What exactly is UserLoud?+

The component, database, agent instructions, and reply guides for collecting feedback, getting it to your coding agent, and following up with users. Full source code, running on your stack.

Will it work with my tech stack?+

The included code uses Next.js (React) and Supabase. For a different framework or database, your coding agent can adapt the source and setup to your application. You still start with the feedback flow, investigation instructions, and reply guides already worked out.

Which coding agents can I use?+

Use Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or another coding agent with access to your repository and tools. The guides include recurring setup for Codex and Claude Code.

Is there a monthly fee?+

No UserLoud subscription. UserLoud Lifetime is a one-time purchase of the code, prompts, and setup guides, with future updates included. Bring your own coding agent, database, and model keys; any charges from those providers are separate.

Is this a hosted helpdesk?+

No. The code runs in your application and uses your database, model key, coding agent, email account, and notification tools.

Do my users need UserLoud accounts?+

No. Your users submit reports inside your product. Your purchase gives you access to the source code and setup guides.

Can I use it in more than one project?+

Yes. Your purchase allows one purchaser to use UserLoud across unlimited projects they own.

Are future updates included?+

Yes. UserLoud Lifetime includes the full source code, setup guides, and future UserLoud updates at no additional charge.

Does the agent automatically email customers?+

Only if you grant that authority. The default policy investigates and drafts, then escalates when a reply or product change needs approval.

Does it keep the original voice recording?+

Not by default. The recommended flow transcribes, lets the reporter review, and stores the transcript without retaining raw audio.

Can I get a refund?+

Yes. Try UserLoud for 14 days from purchase, including downloading the source and trying the setup. If it isn’t a fit, email support@userloud.com within that period for a full refund. No explanation required.
